Subject of the contract
This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the sale and delivery of the print products ordered by the buyer, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and its subordinate regulations.
Product and price information
The type, quantity, VAT-inclusive unit price and payment method of the ordered products are shown on the order summary page. Prices are finalised at the values displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery conditions
Products enter production upon order confirmation. The estimated production and delivery time is indicated during the order process. Delivery is made via contracted courier or factory pickup.
Right of withdrawal
Print products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 15(ç) of Law No. 6502 as "goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs". Products manufactured from the customer's uploaded files fall within this scope.
For cancellation requests made before production begins, a refund is issued after deducting the file review and pre-press preparation fee.
Payment and security
Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. Card details are not stored by the seller; payment is processed securely via the bank's virtual POS infrastructure.
Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
