Production time
The estimated production time is calculated during the order process based on the product configuration and current production load. Standard jobs are produced within 3–7 business days; this may be extended during peak periods.
Delivery method
Products are shipped via contracted courier or can be collected from the factory. Shipping cost is determined by the order amount and delivery address and is shown on the order summary.
Delivery address
Delivery is made to the address specified during the order. Address changes must be communicated before production begins.
Packaging and dispatch
Every job is packaged to protect print quality. An additional packaging fee may apply for large orders requiring palletisation.
Factory pickup
Customers in İstanbul may collect their products from our factory when production is complete: Bağlar Mah. Osman Paşa Cad. No: 60/1, Bağcılar / İstanbul.
